All power supplies undergo burn-in tests before shipping

Procedures/testing Details: We are currently targeting ISO 9002 certification for 1999. Due to increasing OEM projects, quality assurance will continue to be our focus in the future. Our quality control process is based on MIL-STD-105D standards, including IQC, IPQC, and FQC inspections. We also see to it that regular reports for dimension checks and reject ratios are made so that we may better oversee the quality of the production process. Our quality program has attained an AQL standard of 1.0 for major defects and 2.5 for minor defects. Our current OQA level is 5000 DPPM, with the target being 4000 DPM.
